1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners.

  • We’re continuously working to expand our service areas. If your pin code isn’t serviceable, our team will contact you after order placement.


2. Shipping Charges

  • 🟢 Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • 🟡 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small COD fee (shown during checkout).

  • For express or priority shipping (if available), extra charges may apply.


3. Dispatch Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. Delivery Time

  • 📦 Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer due to limited courier access.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can use the link to monitor your order’s journey in real-time.


6. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays due to weather, courier strikes, or holidays may occur.

  • In case of major delays, our support team will reach out to keep you updated.


7. Packaging & Safety

  • Every order is packed with care using secure, tamper-proof packaging.

  • If your parcel appears to be damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept the delivery and inform us immediately.


8. Multiple Products in One Order

  • If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments depending on stock and warehouse location. You will receive tracking for each.


9. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing the order.

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be cancelled or reattempted, depending on the courier’s policy.


10. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
