Return & Refund Policy

At Marshlook, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected — and that’s why we offer a simple, fair, and hassle-free return & refund policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You received a different item than what you ordered.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags (if any) intact.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Note: We do not accept returns for items that are used, washed, or damaged due to mishandling after delivery.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Go to the “Contact Us” page or email us at hscreation92@gmail.com:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or wrong item)

Our support team will verify the issue and respond within 24-48 hours with the next steps.


3. Return Pickup Process

  • In most locations, we offer free reverse pickup through our delivery partners.

  • Pickup will be scheduled within 2-4 working days of approval.

  • In areas where pickup is not available, customers may be asked to ship the product themselves. In such cases, we will reimburse a fair courier charge (on submission of receipt).


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment (for prepaid orders).

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be done via UPI or bank transfer (you’ll be asked for your account/UPI details).


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, such as:

  • Used belts or accessories

  • Gift cards or discount vouchers

  • Clearance sale products (unless damaged)

  • Customized or made-to-order items


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the item is shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return after delivery instead.


7. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different size or style, please return the product and place a new order.
